What types of sofas do you offer?

We offer a wide range of high-quality sofas to suit every home and lifestyle. Our collection includes modular sofas, sectional sofas, 3-seater and 4-seater designs, chaise lounges, and statement pieces in a variety of fabrics, textures, and colours. How can I determine the right size sofa for my space?

The best way to choose the right size is to measure your room and access points before purchasing. We recommend:

  • Measuring your space – Use masking tape or newspaper on the floor to outline the sofa’s dimensions so you can visualise how it will fit.
  • Checking doorways, hallways, and stairwells – Ensure your sofa can be delivered into your home safely.
  • Allowing clearance – Leave space around your sofa for comfort and movement, especially if it has recliners, chaises, or modular extensions.

What materials are your sofas made from?

Our sofas are crafted from high-quality materials designed for comfort, durability, and style. Frames are built from various types of strong wood or engineered timber, cushions are filled with premium foam and fibres for long-lasting support, and upholstery options include luxury fabrics and high-tested performance textiles. Each material is carefully chosen to ensure your sofa looks beautiful and performs well in everyday living.

What is your return policy for sofas?

At Koboko, we follow Australian Consumer Law to ensure your rights are protected. If your sofa is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery by contacting our team. Furthermore, under ACL, you are covered by a 12 month warranty on all items for the structure and fabric. This does not included spills, stains, or other ware and tear from general use. 

Change of Mind

  • Before shipping: If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, you can request a full refund. Please contact us as quickly as possible, as once items are booked with our delivery partners, cancellation may not be possible.
  • After delivery: At Koboko, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about your sofa, you may return it to us within 30 days from the date of delivery and receive a refund. Any exceptions will be clearly noted on the individual product page. Please note that "change of mind" returns are different from your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which apply if the product is faulty or not as described. Do you offer delivery services for your sofas?

Yes, we provide delivery across the Sydney Metropolitan area and selected areas of NSW, QLD, VIC, SA, and the ACT. If your location falls outside these regions, please reach out to us directly—we will always do our best to find a suitable arrangement. Our team will coordinate a delivery date and time with you, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe and clear access to the property. If no one is home at the agreed delivery time, additional delivery fees may apply. In some cases, and only with prior agreement, we may arrange to leave your sofa in a safe location at your property. Can I customise my sofa?

Our sofas are not made to order, but many designs are available in a range of fabrics and colours listed on our website. Some sofa combinations or finishes may require a longer lead time, depending on availability. If you’d like more information about options or stock levels, please contact our team and we’ll be happy to assist.

What should I do if my sofa arrives damaged?

If your sofa arrives damaged, please contact our team immediately, ideally within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the damage. We will guide you through the next steps, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Please do not attempt to fix the damage yourself, as this may affect your claim. 

How long does it take to receive my order?

Lead times can vary depending on the sofa style, fabric, and colour you choose. Many of our sofas are available for quick delivery if in stock, while others may require a longer lead time. Estimated timeframes are listed on each product page, and our team will confirm availability when you place your order.
