5. Orders and Payment

  1. Placing Orders: Orders are only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from Koboko.
  2. Pricing & Payment: All prices are in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise. We accept credit card payments with most major credit cards.
  3. Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including for pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  4. Payment Security: Payment details are processed securely via our payment provider. Koboko does not store your full card information.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  1. Delivery Policy: Our delivery terms are set out in our Delivery Policy. Please review before placing an order.
  2. Address Accuracy: Customers must ensure the delivery address, date, and time are correct. Additional fees may apply if delivery fails due to incorrect details or the customer not being available.
  3. Safe Drop: Where agreed in advance by both Koboko and the customer, items may be left in a secure location. Koboko is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss after items are left.
  4. Warehouse Pick-Up: By prior arrangement, customers may collect goods from our warehouse. Responsibility for safe transport passes to the customer once the goods are collected.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  1. Koboko complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to remedies if goods are faulty, not as described, or fail to meet consumer guarantees.
  2. Change of Mind: Subject to our Returns & Refund Policy. Fees may apply for return shipping, restocking, or removal of packaging.
  3. Faulty Goods: Faulty items should be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photo or video evidence where possible. Koboko will arrange repair, replacement, or refund according to ACL rights.
  4. Cancellations: Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.

8. Intellectual Property

  1. All content on the Site, including images, logos, text, graphics, and designs, is owned by Koboko or licensed to us.
  2. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
  3. Any user-generated content you submit grants Koboko a royalty-free, worldwide, and perpetual license to use, modify, or display it.

  • Koboko is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from using the Site or purchasing goods.
