Koboko Pop-Up Store Policy

1. General Information

This pop-up store is a temporary retail space operating for a limited time only. All purchases made during this period are subject to the policies outlined below.


2. Sales & Payments

  • All prices are listed in AUD and include GST.

  • All items are on sale, with discounts of up to 40% off.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.


3. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the temporary nature of our pop-up store:

  • All sales are final.

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

  • Exchanges or remedies will only be provided for items that are:

    • Faulty

    • Damaged upon delivery or collection

All claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product and must include proof of purchase.


4. Floor Stock & Display Items

  • Some items sold may be floor stock or display models.

  • These items may show minor wear and are sold as-is.

  • Customers will be notified prior to purchase and pricing will reflect condition.

  • No returns or exchanges on floor stock unless required under Australian Consumer Law.


5. Delivery & Collection

  • Free delivery is available within Sydney metro areas.

  • For full details, please refer to our delivery policy.

  • Delivery timeframes will be provided at the time of purchase.

  • Customers may also arrange collection where applicable.

  • Koboko is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.


6. Warranty & Consumer Guarantees

All products are covered under Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees that goods:

  • Are of acceptable quality

  • Match descriptions provided

  • Are fit for purpose

If a product is found to be faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.


7. Hold Policy

  • We may offer short-term holds on items at our discretion.

  • A deposit may be required to secure stock.

  • Unpaid holds are not guaranteed and may be released.


8. Pricing & Promotions

  • Pop-up exclusive pricing and promotions apply for a limited time only.

  • Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.

  • Offers are valid only during the stated promotional period.


9. Store Conduct

We aim to provide a welcoming experience for all customers. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in inappropriate or disruptive behaviour.
